ABSTRACT:

Bidependence is a mediatized sentimental dependency, secondary to other addictive disorders, characteristic of addicts to psychoactive substances. It is a coaddiction with a clinical origin described like a drugs addict or ex addict typical accommodating relational habit with a subplunged behaviour to the addictive one that is result of a sociophatic learning and that determines the affected and the involved person or persons occupation. Specifically, our objective is the analysis of the bidependence, offering a study of the differential symptomatic factors with regard to not bidependent addicts. We proceed to achieve an analysis of the differences between a sample of forty one bidependents, diagnosed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists in addictions, in
agreement to a inter referees criterion, in some symptomatic factors of the Sentimental Dependences Test TDS-100 (Sirvent y Moral, 2005) appropriate to the study object, and a sample of 69 not bidependent addicts chosen by means of a simple random sampling of population of addicts in treatment. In agreement to the found differential profile in bidependents we verify that are sensation seekers of sensations in the couple in a similar way to their hyperstimulation with drugs with a link with the other one similar with the link with the substance, they show a mistake of real conscience of the problem with inhibition of the own autonomy and delegation of the capture of decisions, they develop an obsessive search of the couple, and they experience affective disruptions in the shape of negative feelings, an emotional inscape sentiment and tropism towards intense, even dangerous relations.
